• Analytics and reporting

5. LinkedIn Integration

When using our LinkedIn features:

• You are responsible for your LinkedIn account activity
• We are not liable for LinkedIn API changes or outages
• LinkedIn may revoke access if terms are violated

6. Payment and Billing

• Fees are charged according to your selected plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided per our Refund Policy
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data
• We may use anonymized data for service improvement
• You can export your data at any time
• We delete your data upon account termination

8. Limitation of Liability

DRiPGATE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
